At Continental Eyewear, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all non-prescription eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original designer case and packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
